Reviews of Red Oak Garage in Maidstone
Our whole family uses Redoak, we won't go anywhere else. Richard and the team are so thorough, honest and reliable. I have a rather problematic mini which unfortunately I'm too emotionally attached to part ways with. On two occassions they have done some intense troubleshooting, found the problems, kept me informed and been determined even when the repairs have been very complicated. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. Just had major works done at Redoak - timing chain, clutch, cam shaft and various other bits and they were amazing throughout the whole process. You won't find a better garage in Maidstone... 100% recommend!
Great service, honest and transparent pricing, great customer service. Were able to help out when another Maidstone garage made my car worse and overcharged me for the privilege, will be going back to Red Oak for all future needs
my fiesta ecoboost was due the dreaded wet belt change.red oak was recommended by 2 friends of .mine. was given advice and a good price from Richard.job was well done and even repaired the pump valve for free(ford wanted £500 for the whole unit which RedOak just repaired). totally recommend them.
What an absolute find! We were highly recommended Red Oak Garage and after visiting them today, we can see why. I spoke to Richard who was incredibly reassuring on the phone and kindly managed to squeeze us in to diagnose the fault with our VW.
Luckily for us, the team were able to repair the car there and then enabling us to collect it the same day.
I have to say, as a woman it can unfortunately feel quite daunting having to take your car into a garage but Richard put me right at ease. He explained the problem clearly without making me feel uncomfortable. I’m grateful for the expert service we have received today and will certainly be returning for our service and MOT.
Thanks Red Oak!
